Delian was pleased to donate Canadian election technology for use during the UWI Guild of Student Elections in both Barbados (Cavehill campus) and Jamaica (Mona Campus).

The National Union of Public Workers hosted their biennial AGM in Bridgetown on 1 April 2015. Delian donated Canadian election technology and expertise for use at nine polling locations throughout Barbados, with final results tabulated at NUPW HQ near Bridgetown.

During the month of June 2015, Delian deployed an election technology advisory team to Barbados in order to support the AGM elections for both the City of Bridgetown Cooperative Credit Union (13 June), and the Barbados Public Workers Cooperative Credit Union (20 June), with donated voting technology.

Hosted by the National Election Commission of Moldova, the Annual Association of Central and Eastern European Election Officials (ACEEEO) AGM took place from 9-11 September 2015, in Chisinau. Delian’s Advisory Board Chair, Jean-Pierre Kingsley, was asked to present his views on campaign finance reform as a keynote speech.
REPUBLICAN PARTY OF GEORGIA, LEADERSHIP ELECTIONS

At the request of the Republican Party for the country of Georgia, Delian deployed a four-person election support team to Tbilisi in early December 2015. Their role was to facilitate the use of Canadian donated paper ballot tabulators in support of the Republican Party’s AGM and election.

Hosted by the Central Election Commission of Georgia, in partnership with USAID, IFES, and ICPS, the 6th Annual EMB conference focused on electoral integrity. Several recent European election case studies were presented, while Jean-Pierre Kingsley delivered a keynote address titled “Key Elements of Electoral Integrity”.

Delian expended its partnership with the University of West Indies to provide donated election support to all three UWI Campuses in the Caribbean. In order of voting dates, the March 2016 Guild of student elections took place in Trinidad & Tobago (St Augustine campus), Barbados (Cavehill campus), and Jamaica (Mona campus).

Hosted by the Central Election Commission of Albania, the 25th Annual Association of Central and Eastern European Election Officials (ACEEEO) AGM took place from 21-23 September 2016, in Tirana. Delian’s Advisory Board Chair, Jean-Pierre Kingsley led the official Delian delegation.
PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS, LITHUANIA

At the invitation of the Central Election Commission of Lithuania, Delian deployed an election observation team for the 9 October 2016 Parliamentary Elections. Multiple polling locations were visited in both Vilnius and Kaunas, with final results being released at the CEC HQ in Vilnius.
U.S. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, NEW YORK

Delian again partnered with Westchester County to facilitate international election observers to visit various polling locations during the 8 November 2016 U.S. Presidential election. Election observers took part from Canada, Georgia, Barbados, Lithuania, the British Virgin Islands, and Mongolia.
13TH IEAS AND INTERNATIONAL ELECTION AWARDS, MOZAMBIQUE

Hosted in partnership with the National Election Commission of Mozambique and the International Centre of Parliamentary Studies in the UK, the 13th IEAS took place from 5-6 December in Maputo. Delian was asked to provide both speakers and moderators for the various panel discussions.
